Who we are

This site is operated by Slate Vending LLC ("Slate"). Slate installs and operates age-verified nicotine kiosks in 21+ venues. This notice explains what the site collects and how it is used.

What the form collects

When you request a consultation, the form collects:

• Your role (venue owner or manager, brand or supplier, investor, press, or other)
• For venues: the venue name, venue type, city or suburb, and whether the venue is 21+ throughout
• Your name, email address, and phone number if you choose to give one
• Anything you write in the notes field

The site does not use advertising trackers. Standard server logs may record your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to you, to set up and prepare for a consultation, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that deliver our email and host this site.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward for our records.

Requesting deletion

To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, email hello@slatevending.com from the address you used. We will confirm when it is done.

21+ notice

Slate kiosks sell nicotine products to adults 21 and over only, and every sale is age-verified at the kiosk. This site is intended for venue operators and other adults. It is not directed at anyone under 21.
